Appeal forms sent to Lougborough on 9/8/2010 because the Decision Notice stated that they should be sent there. When phoned to find out the Leicester, a worker called Jas says that as from the 3rd of August appeal forms should have been sent to Leicester. What is correct?. What experience do you have? thanks.
